Location, location,location. and we stumbled upon an accident. first time to Manhattan, and the prices were right.
The hotel's combination of amenities (breakfast, whirlpool, swimming pool, glass shower doors etc) and it's location are definite assets to staying here.

Great location! It was clean and comfortable. The staff at the desk to check in was very helpful helping me locate my rewards number and when we checked our room the air conditioner wasnt working properly so they changed our room without any problem at all. Breakfast had many choices.
the breakfast was under cooked. the a/c sounded like a washing machine full of marbles. The main thing that chapped my a-- was the fact our 3rd day cost more then the first 2 days combined. Graduation time, stick it to the customer!! Right!
